Shipping
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. We operate on business days only Monday through Friday from 11am - 4pm PST.
In stock merchandise is processed within 3 business days of the order being placed.
Standard Shipping costs $6 flat rate and takes 5 - 7 business days once shipped. You can email to request expedited shipping.
Local Pickup is typically ready within 1 - 2 business days after placing your order.
Palisades Gift Shop uses UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to make sure your items arrive on time.
Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at Palisadesgiftshop.com can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on sale items, however; sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item.
Item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn or unused in original condition and packaging.
Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock.
In Order to avoid any delays in processing, we recommend you select an additional, alternate exchange item, size or color on your exchange slip in case your first choice is unavailable.
