All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. We operate on business days only Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm PST.
In stock merchandise is processed within 3 business days of the order being placed.
Standard Shipping 5 - 7 Business Days
Priority Shipping 3 - 5 Business Days
Express Shipping 1 - 2 Business Days
We also provide a $5 Flat rate for local delivery to zip code 90272 that will be delivered within 1-2 days after processing.
Palisades Gift Shop uses 3 UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to make sure your items arrive on time.
Merchandise purchased at Palisadesgiftshop.com can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on sale items, however; sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Palisades Gift Shop is not responsible for shipping and handling fees of returns, only exchanges.
Returned items will not be accepted after 21 days from date of delivery.
